Dennis and Misty Cheek have been married for 24 years. They work together as a team and both bring strong attributes to the Real Estate World.

Dennis Cheek was born and raised in Barstow California. He worked for Sears and Roebuck most of his life; starting at the bottom and working up through the ropes to District Manager and Regional Manager. He then became the Store Manager of the Cedar City Utah store in 1980. With the ever changing world of retail, Dennis became an independent Sears Dealer Store Owner in 1991, ran the business and started investing in real estate. He bought and sold 2 individual commercial buildings before building and relocating the Sears business to the North Main street location, where it is located today. Dennis sold the Sears business and building in March of 2005, traveled for a short period of time and then started into the marketing of Commercial and Industrial Real Estate.

Misty Gibson Cheek was born and raised in the Cedar City area. She lived on farms out west of Cedar City (Pages Ranch and Quitchapa) before her family moved to town in 1970. Misty loves decorating cakes, which lander her a job as Bakery/Deli Supervisor at Lin's Market (Cedar, Hurricane and St. George locations). She owned and ran her own Fabric Store (Crafty Fabric's) and her own Restaurant (Grandma Misty's). She helped Dennis run the Sears store from the time she met him in 1981 until they sold it in 2005.
